Our cheeses are handcrafted from fresh cow’s milk collected in the province of Hung Yen in Vietnam.
We work exclusively with raw milk in order to let all the aromas of natural milk express themselves. It is essential for us to transform an extremely fresh milk from the morning milking.

The story of Maison Béjo
Locally inspired
We, Johan and Benjamin, are two French living in Hanoi, Vietnam for many years.
Led by our love for cheese and missing the flavours from our home country, we decided to produce our own cheese with milk produced in Vietnam and founded Maison Béjo.
Astonished by the delicate taste offered by the vietnamese milk, we decided to introduce our unique creations to every cheese lover in the country!
