A story between here and there
Maison Béjo was founded by Johan and Benjamin.
We discovered Vietnam few years ago and felt warmly welcome in the country. We decided to settled in the capital city of Hanoi, charmed by its gentle way of life and unique manner of enjoying small pleasures such as savour a dish or a coffee while admiring life passing by.
Still in love with the food of our home country, we used to bring cheese from our trips home and beg our relatives to bring us some of these precious goods.
So one day, we decided to produce our own cheese with Vietnamese milk in order to, as good French, always have a tasty cheese in our fridge…
