The croque-monsieur is a classic of French cuisine. A quick “eat at the counter” lunch invented by a tricky chef that used to tell his clients it was made from human meat. Spoiler alert: It was only ham!

The cheese fondue is a traditional dish from Swiss and French Alps and without any doubt the cheesiest one on this list. It’s pretty simple, melt some cheese with white wine and dip in some bread!

 

Sen Tuyết – Summer sandwich

Our Sen Tuyết is a fresh goat cheese, its creamy texture and gentle taste make it perfect to create a great summer lunch. A good bread, some salmon, avocado slices and you’re good to go! A mini version would also do for a great sunday brunch with friends!

A simple yet sophisticated recipe for a flavorful cheese: Goat cheese and spinach fettuccine. Our Italian friends don’t contradict us, cheese and pasta are a wonderful combination. This recipe is made for pasta lovers!

 

Crème fraîche – Flammekueche

And finally, the perfect recipe to share with friends: the Flammekueche! This dish is originally from Eastern France and Germany is made with a thin dough of wheat, water and oil, covered with crème fraîche, onions and bacon and baked in high temperature in the oven. Simple yet delicious!
